Batch row caps are per file. Every row also counts as one search against the monthly allowance, and a file over either limit is refused before anything is screened. The trial can upload a batch CSV too, capped by its 25 searches a month. A seat is a login: everyone on the account screens against the owner's monthly searches and writes into the owner's audit trail, so adding a user adds no searches.

Your usage dashboard shows searches used against your monthly allowance. A batch file with more rows than you have searches left is refused before anything is screened, so a run never dies half-finished. Your counter resets on the first of each month, and you can upgrade at any time for immediate additional capacity.

It catches transliterations (e.g., "Mohammed" vs "Muhammad"), typos, reversed name order, and other variations.
